Additional Information:

A one-time lease fee of $199 means the equipment will remain the property of DISH Network, allowing you easy future upgrades to ensure your hardware is always cutting edge.

Your installation will include a dish antenna dedicated to the high-speed Internet service and a satellite modem. The installation will be completed by a certified technician and is FREE for a limited time only.

You will need an unobstructed view of the southern sky to receive the necessary satellite signal.

A Standard Installation includes the following:

Professional installation of WildBlue CPE by a Certified Installer

Travel to and from subscriber location within 50 miles of installer office

Up to 150 foot of RG-6 cable from antenna to modem

Cable routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor

Non-standard installations may result in additional charges. Please confirm with the premise technician that your installation will be standard prior to allowing the technician to start work. If your installation is non-standard, any additional charges must be agreed upon between subscriber and premise technician prior to beginning work. If you have ordered from WildBlue directly the equipment for your service comes directly to you from our warehouses. If you cancel the order before installation, you will be charged a $49.95 restocking fee plus taxes.

What are my minimum computer system requirements to get WildBlue?

Most computers in use today will meet our minimum system requirements. If you don't know if you meet them, please contact us and we can help you figure it out.

PC/ Windows: 300 MHz or faster processing speed, minimum 128 MB Random Access Memory (RAM), and Windows 2000, XP Home or XP Professional operating system, 100 MB of hard drive space and an ethernet card are required.

Macintosh: 300 MHz or faster processing speed, 128MB Random Access Memory (RAM), and OS 10.2 or higher operating system, 100 MB of hard drive space and an ethernet card are required.
